Shipping
Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact us directly. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses. Refunds will not be given on lost packages that are marked as delivered by carrier.Returns
Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Privacy
Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.Class Policies
* The class fee must be paid in full at the time of Registration. You are
not considered registered for class until the fee is paid.
* Supplies or materials required for class are not included in the class
fee unless noted. If a pattern or special tool is listed, each student is
required to purchase their own instore.
*Supply lists are available for pick up at the shop with your paid
registration.
*Everyone needs their own pattern or book. NO PHOTOCOPIES!
*Classes that are canceled by the Instructor, will be refunded in full.
Only students with paid registrations will be notified of cancelations or
changes.
*If a class has insufficient students, it will be canceled one week prior
to the class.
* If you are unable to attend a class for any reason in which you are
registered, refunds or shop credit will only be offered to students who
cancel 72 hours prior to the start of class. No refunds will be given
after that time or for any reason.
*Please be on time, have all supplies and any homework completed.
*Please no guests or children.
